Cold Pack

A cold pack added to your order significantly helps with combating high heat melting your tallow product. However it does not guaruntee that it will work.
 
If your tallow product arrives you to you melted simply set the product upright on the counter and allow it to cool to solidify. If it is whipped tallow you will loose the beautiful look and texture but the product is still the same and can be used as normal.
